Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "59ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://59ph.cam, including all associated games, services, features, and content.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 59ph platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on 59ph by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 59ph account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds as separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account under the terms of an active 59ph promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 9 of these Terms as prohibited.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting, bingo, crash games, live dealer tables, and any other gaming or wagering products available on 59ph.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 59ph website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any Service offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 59ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 59ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 59ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or any restriction imposed by a regulatory authority that would prohibit your participation in online gaming;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 59ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

59ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the real-money Services on 59ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 59ph account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 59ph uses technical and operational methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, all associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and 59ph reserves the right to void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 59ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 59ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 59ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 59ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Deposits & Payments

59ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 59ph does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing charges.

All funds deposited into your 59ph account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 59ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source payment method does not match the registered account holder's identity.

Deposit limits may be set by the Player through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours before taking effect.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your 59ph account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to method-specific limits.

6.1 Processing Times

• GCash and PayMaya/Maya: typically 3–15 minutes
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: typically 15 minutes to 4 hours
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

6.2 Verification Hold

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not yet completed identity verification, or that are flagged for review, may be held pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. 59ph will communicate any documentation requirements promptly. The 59ph target processing window commences upon receipt of all required documentation.

6.3 Forfeiture of Inactive Balances

Accounts that have remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as published in the current fee schedule. Players with inactive balances will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Real-money balances will not be forfeited without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

59ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise
• Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any time, unless 59ph expressly states otherwise
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn
• Bonuses expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms — expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited
• 59ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings and account suspension

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the 59ph platform are supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern the outcome of individual game sessions.

All 59ph casino games utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Payout percentages (Return to Player / RTP) for each game are available within the respective game's information panel or rules section.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, 59ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player. 59ph is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a system malfunction, software bug, or game error that produces an outcome inconsistent with the game's certified rules and RNG output.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 59ph platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or AI-assisted tools to interact with any 59ph game or service;
• Colluding with other players in any multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviours to generate winnings beyond normal expected outcomes;
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or making chargebacks against legitimate transactions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the 59ph platform or its game content;
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other players.

Account Suspension & Closure by 59ph

59ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void associated winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The account is subject to a chargeback dispute or unresolved payment issue;
• 59ph is required to do so by a regulator, court order, or law enforcement authority;
• 59ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the account;
• The Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to circumvent the exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 59ph will notify the affected Player via their registered email address and provide an opportunity to respond. Where closure is permanent and funds are withheld, 59ph will provide a written explanation of the grounds for closure.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reductions take immediate effect; increases require 24-hour cooling-off
• Session time limits — automatic logout after the player-defined session duration
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up notifications displaying net session results
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours up to 6 months
• Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited account closure with a minimum period of 6 months; irrevocable for the chosen period

11.2 Self-Exclusion Policy

Upon activation of self-exclusion, your 59ph account will be immediately suspended and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry of the chosen exclusion period. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 59ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 59ph or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 59ph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 59ph platform without the express prior written consent of 59ph. The 59ph name, logo, and brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of 59ph and may not be used without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 59ph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform or any Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any gaming-related financial losses.

59ph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 59ph's control may cause temporary unavailability. 59ph will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate planned downtime via the website in advance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 59ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

59ph collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering a 59ph account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who access 59ph from jurisdictions outside the Philippines are responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 59ph makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

59ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 59ph will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the 59ph website, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 59ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
